Zehra Zahid, the founder of Xee Beauty is incorporating a 'learning center' entity into her already established beauty parlor and salon business to educate and employ women who aspire to become
makeup artists, beauticians and more.
The idea is to create a dedicated institute for beauticians with priority for underprivileged women who would learn the art and enhance their skills in order to successfully qualify as makeup
artists and beauticians. They would then go on and work for Xee Beauty as an always open option, other Health and Beauty related businesses or onto the commercial market.
The vision is to support the vast majority of women who don't have a professional outlet to learn and showcase their skills free of charge. Empowering these women would mean penetrating
into an untapped market of investment in human capital which can count for huge return in the near future. The institutes aim is to expand all across Pakistan, starting from Karachi, then
onto other major cities and towns.
The institute will consist of not only providing health and beauty courses but to also inject other skills such as:
'English as a second language', personal grooming, hygiene, wellness, photography and more technical training courses in the future and include training for men as well.
Our mission is to Fill the gap in the diaspora and support people to stand on their own two feet. We want to put Health, Beauty and Well-being our top priority for the women who struggle on a day to day basis in understanding their true potential by providing such comprehensive outlets.

Sumaira
Meet Sumaira Anwar. Sumaira lives near Orangi Town.
Sumaira had a natural flair and basic understanding of aesthetic learning but no means to change her future. We at Xee Beauty trained her free of cost and now she works at Xee Beauty as a trained Beautician and is continuing her training as well.
She is now a certified Beautician and will always have the option to work for other parlors as well as on her own. She can now earn for herself and her family of two kids as well as be a helping hand to her husband.
Malaika
Meet Malaika Naz. Malaika is a student and yearned to have the training to be able to work on the side. She had a basic knowledge of beautician skills and was trained at Xee Beauty as part of The Xee Training Initiative and now is a certified Beautician. She works for Xee Beauty in her free time when she is not studying and is continuing her training with us so that she can support her parents in paying for her education
